Atelier Bartus Beer

Impressionist paintings of the memories we carry.

Artist statement

I make paintings with acrylic paint that evoke memories. In this new movement, it is no longer about the materialistic painting, but about the memories people attach to it. Think, for example, of a special holiday. I do this by using personal experiences and the input of people around me to paint the memory. Think back to your most beautiful memory and how it translates into an image. Now you have already come up with your concept.
